Blvd. to Seward Park offering its old-growth forest and pretty lakeside loop just one mile away. A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.

Less than 1 mile to the beach, 5 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Seattle. Enjoy your private unit in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen to eat in during your stay. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and a 55" smart tv. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and another 49" smart tv.

The house boasts beautiful views of Lake WA, Seattle, Bellevue, and comes equipped with A/C to ensure a comfortable & relaxing stay. Prepare breakfast in a sunlit kitchen & dine at the window bar overlooking peaceful, lush gardens. Re-energize yourself after exploring the island by taking a nap on the window seat or bask in the sun on the private deck with a good book & a cup of coffee. Also, just so you know, we have tried to be environmentally friendly with a waterless toilet.
