Grill on the back patio. The 5 guest sleeping arrangement is 2 guests in the queen bed, 2 guests in the full bed and 1 guest on the large couch.

Room for boats, extra cars, RV's large screened in back porch in a quiet safe neighborhood with local market 1 mile away.
