Built in 1895 as a residence for railway workers, this charming signal house nestled between the railway and the beach was fully restored in 2025, preserving its authentic character. The Casello sul Mare boasts a private beach, accessible only from the house with no public access, and a cliffside terrace—perfect for breakfast, sunset aperitifs, or quiet moments of contemplation with a breathtaking sea view. We carefully renovated the space to create a warm, stylish, and comfortable atmosphere while preserving the charm of the area. Rather than feeling like a typical tourist apartment, we wanted the space to feel personal, peaceful, and connected to everyday Sicilian life.

Umberto 25 was created in the heart of Santo Stefano di Camastra. The 80 sqm property is located opposite the bright green of the municipal park and 10 meters from the Porta Messina viewpoint, which overlooks the Aeolian Islands. A short walk from the main street, bars, and restaurants, Umberto 25 will give you an experience immersed in the city of ceramics. The room is a large open space equipped with all amenities. Note: Use of the kitchen is provided for a minimum of 3 nights.

Just 500 meters from the sea stands LA FATTORIA SUL MARE surrounded by donkeys, goats and chickens, houses for bees. A restored farmhouse consisting of three independent apartments. The farm is equipped with all the comforts to relax, disconnect from everyday stress and provides all the services to make children happy or to work remotely. You can also visit the ancient olive oil mill located on the property (free of charge).
