The house is on 3 levels, which is why it may not be suitable for very small children or people with walking difficulties. Kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor, living room and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and a double bed in the loft (2nd floor).

The house is close to the train station, tram and 📍 pedestrian street. Common garden is shared with the front house. Playground a few metres away. The house is close to the marina to the east and about 2.5 km from the North Sea beach with its wide white sandy beach and dune-protected areas, where you can enjoy nature and breathe in the fresh air. Our cozy newly built (2022) annex is located in the heart of the old Nordby. In the annex, there is a living room, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), large bathroom and entrance. From the home, it is 5 minutes by bike to the ferry, 10 minutes by bike to the beach and 0 minutes to shopping and downtown. There is a private terrace, where there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the weather. In addition, the annex has its own parking right at the door.

Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.
