Tropical style, with a 180-degree view of the ocean, this house is located on a cliff, within the Costa do Sol State Park. The place allows for great contact with nature, excellent sunsets and an infinity-edge pool facing the Atlantic Ocean. Trekking, surfing, diving, stand-up paddleboarding and mountain biking can be done daily. The house is isolated from the city, as if it were a farmhouse, surrounded by the sea and very close to two of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Praia do Farol and Prainhas. Ten minutes by car on a dirt road separate the house from the city center. This is a special place because it took me six years to get permission to build there. It is the easternmost point of the ocean toward Patagonia. It also allows pets and smokers. We are in the highest part of Cabo Frio: the only place with a mountain climate 10 minutes from the beach! Wonderful in both the cold and the heat! The pool is spectacular (only on the property - shared by just 2 chalets). Our accommodation is SMART, with an Alexa connection and a TV connected to the main streaming services. Surrounded by preserved forest, you will experience very quiet days, relaxing in the hammock, pool or on the sofa. And the super Maldives breakfast can be served in the BD or by the pool (ordered separately).
