Hose Lodge is a traditional farmhouse in the tranquil vale of Belvoir. Outside there are farm buildings and stables, paddocks and an orchard together with formal gardens round the house. It is in a secluded location with great views. The annex is a separate unit to allow privacy and convenience to our guests.

Self contained annexe in a rural setting between Dry Doddington and Stubton. Nearest town is Newark with good access to A1, A17 and A46. Fresh milk, bread and butter plus a selection of cereals for diy breakfast. Tea and coffee also in cupboards. No bus service as very rural with great walks. Only microwave as no hob/cooker. Located in a quiet village - within 15 minute drive to Grantham station -perfect for the Kings Cross commute . Annexe to our cottage - Cosey with separate shower room , tv , WiFi and beverage making facilities . There is a lovely local pub across the road which is handy for meals . We are 10 minutes off the A1 and close to Grantham , Melton Mowbray , Oakham and Stamford. My Husband Howard and I live in the cottage with our rescue dog Tara .
