(approx. 60 m² living space) From Bad Doberan you have the opportunity to actively explore Mecklenburg. The Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar are just around the corner. The Baltic Sea with quiet beach sections can be reached by bike in no time. ONE THING IS VERY IMPORTANT: The house is not necessarily suitable for people with walking difficulties and adults with small children due to steep and narrow stairs.

The Baltic Sea can be reached in 14 km, forest and meadows on the cooling system - the Way of St. James leads through the village and the hiking trail starts in front of the door. The deer jump at the edge of the horse paddock and if you look closely, you can see the fox and, depending on the season, the wild geese or cranes flying over the farm.
