Within 10 km there is a swimming pool with saunas, a free beach, 12 km from the house there is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe - Modry Las. The Painter's House is located in a large garden with ponds and a small forest. Guests have access to recreation areas in the garden, walking paths, a playground and a fire pits. There are beautiful lakes and forests in the area. This is the perfect place for people who value the closeness of nature.

Guests have access to a beach with sunbeds, boats, kayaks and a beach volleyball court. There is a large garden with tables and seats, a barbecue and a fireplace for which we supply wood. The local area offers a variety of interesting activities. These include canoeing, miles of cycling paths, a rope park, horse riding, tennis courts, restaurants and even a castle!

This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the countryside around it.

Apartment in the center of Choszczno

The apartment is perfect for a holiday or business trip for 5 people (extra bed for a 6th person). The living room has a sofa, TV and table. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedroom has a bunk bed for 3 people. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. For families: a travel cot, a bathtub, a high chair, a baby monitor and toys. Equipment: coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, dryer and much more, as well as hygiene products, coffee, tea and sugar.

Right next to it there are forest paths for walks and cycling adventures, and the noise-free Biała Lake invites you to swim, go kayaking and surf on SUPs.

The ground floor of the cottage is a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom, on the first floor there is a master bedroom and 2 rooms. In addition to the jacuzzi, the garden has a separate place to relax, a barbecue and parking for 2 cars.
