Bright apartment at Sachsenwald

We are renting out our bright 2-room self-contained apartment, which was completely renovated in 2020. It is equipped with a wide double bed in the bedroom and a 120 cm-wide sofa bed in the living/dining room. A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher is available. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower, among other things. From the bed you can look out into the countryside - you are in the village, but you do not hear any car noise. Please note that the garden/terrace is not available

Modern, spacious and fully equipped basement in-law with separate access and high-speed Wi-Fi. The Alster river and hiking trail are within walking distance. The Alstertale shopping centre can be reached by bus in just 3 stops in 6 minutes or on foot in 20 minutes. Hamburg Airport can be reached in just 15 minutes by car or in about 30 minutes by public transport. The main train station can be reached by bus and train in about 40-50 minutes. Free parking is available outside the building on the street.

Villa Specht - Your vacation in a monument!

Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Vacation in a historic farmhouse

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
