BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. The apartment is centrally located on the promenade and you can enjoy a fantastic view of the city harbor and the castle from the balcony, which you can reach in a few minutes on foot. The nearby city center attracts with theaters, museums and many gastronomic facilities. Your car can be parked in the underground garage upon request. Willkommen in unserer stilvollen Ferienwohnung – ideal für Familien, Gruppen und Freunde. Die 2022 fertiggestellte Unterkunft bietet auf ca. 170 m² modernen Wohnkomfort. Euch erwarten ein großzügiger, offener Wohn- und Essbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, vier separate Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder sowie ein Schlafsofa für zwei weitere Gäste. Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Highlight ist der helle Wohnbereich mit hoher Decke, offenem Fachwerk und verglastem Tennentor mit Blick auf den Dorfplatz.

Apartment 2 in the Fosthaus near Schwerin

The vacation home is located in a listed half-timbered house, the former forest farm. Located directly on a swimming lake in the forest, near Schwerin, on the A 14 and A 24. There is a garden of about 15,000 square meters. There are two donkeys and four goats in the paddock. In the garden there are several seats, also covered, so you can sit outside even in bad weather. The apartment has its own terrace. No Wi-Fi, good D2 network, please do not bring animals.

Diese gemütliche und zudem super zentral gelegene Wohnung, befindet sich im Stadtkern der schönen Landeshauptstadt Schwerin und ist somit der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge bzw. Exkursionen jeglicher Art. Das Schloss; das Theater; der Dom; Restaurants; Cafés, ÖPNV etc. sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Mit ihren 2,5 lichtdurchfluteten Räumen bietet die Wohnung genügend Platz für bis zu sechs Personen.

In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

Attractive and very quiet place to stay in downtown Schwerin. The apartment is newly equipped and is located on a green backyard right in the heart of the state capital. From there, shopping, restaurants and bars, as well as attractions are within walking distance. Public parking is located approx. 2 minutes walk from the property. The property itself does not have private parking.

Friendly apartment in quiet location

Located in a small village in the Elbtalaue Biosphere Reserve, not far from the Elbe bike hiking trail near Dömitz with cafes, restaurants and shopping. A pretty lake is about 1km. The area is rural and quiet. This also means romantically mowing cows and some insects (mosquito net above the bed is available).
