Our villa was built in 2022 and equipped according to the latest standard. Thanks to underfloor heating and modern windows, it has a very pleasant indoor climate. The house is about 5-10 minutes' drive from the beaches. It has a huge outdoor area with a fantastic pool. Inside, there are 3 bedrooms on 2 floors with 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate 6 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a light-flooded living room; Internet (200 Mbit/s) is available.

This spacious villa with pool is located directly in the "Costa Vicentina" national park. The property borders directly on nature - with a unique view of the rising sun and the Atlantic Ocean. The fascinating bathing beaches of Zavial and Ingrina offer excellent surfing spots and are within walking distance. The villa offers three bedrooms each with a double bed. Both bathrooms and the kitchen have been fully renovated in 2026.
