A cozy 55.5 square meter triangle in the center of Joensuu, close to the main library, Arena and the university. The nearest grocery store is just 100 meters away. Sleeps six people. The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building, but not on the ground floor. Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.
