Ideal house for 3 couples. It is located at the end of a private garden path. Bright and quiet, close to the path beach and shops. On the ground floor, a cosy living room with fireplace, equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. On the 1st floor: a bedroom with its private bathroom/toilet. On the 2nd: two charming bedrooms on the low ceiling (1.92m max) Washing machine drying in the laundry room. Private courtyard with fire pit/barbecue. 2 adult bikes (without guarantee of perfect operation)

friendly house next to the river

Ruhig gelegen, am Ende einer kleinen Privatstrasse befindet sich unser helles und freundliches Gaestehaus. Zentral gelegen, ist man in 10 min in der mittelalterlichen Stadt Dinan zum shoppen und bummeln. 20 min per Auto und man ist an den herrlichen Stränden von Dinard, Saint Malo und Cancale. 30 min und sie sind schon am Mont Saint Michel und den Stränden der Normandie. Die Rance ist zu Fuss zu erreichen und lädt zu wunderschönen Wanderungen und Radtouren ein. Hunde herzlich willkommen!

We are in a quiet hamlet 10 minutes from Dinard and 15 minutes from St Malo (the privateer city) and DINAN (medieval city). Close to the Estuary and banks of the Rance.
