The underfloor heating creates a pleasant vacation climate. Bicycles and everything you could ever need are safely stored in the Swedish cottage. The terrace and garden with barbecue fireplace invite you to sit outside on warm summer evenings.

Right on the edge of the Hullen bird sanctuary in Nordkehdingen lies the small town of Balje. An agricultural area full of nature. The small thatched house on Deichstraße has a lot of history behind it and was completely renovated and newly expanded by me last year. The house is nestled in a natural garden. Apple trees, cherry trees, currant and jostaberry bushes create a nice feel-good atmosphere.

I offer a vacation apartment with an area of approximately 80 square meters. The apartment is equipped with attention to detail and invites you to feel good. It is located in the attic of our apartment building. Due to its location between the Elbe and Geest and its proximity to the lock town of Brunsbüttel (about 7 km), it serves as a good starting point for activities nearby.
