Relax and unwind in this calm, stylish Gîte set within 2.5 acres of peaceful countryside. Recently refurbished to a high standard, the Gite offers four comfortable bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the third has a French double. The fourth has two single beds. The Gite comfortably accommodates 6 guests. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. Guests are welcome to enjoy a gentle stroll or simply relax in the large, well-kept garden.

This idyllic French stone house can sleep up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with a woodburner, a fitted kitchen with a large dining table and two shower rooms, one on each floor. The rear bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the garden with a ruined abbey and the Charentaise countryside beyond. Outside there's a summer kitchen, a small terrace and a lawned garden. The village has a delightful cake shop, a popular restaurant, artisanal stores and a museum.

This single-story house, fully fenced and lined with a sapinette, is located in Condac, close to the leisure center of Réjallant between Ruffec, (with its shops) and the charming village of Verteuil, renowned for its castle and mill.

Les Gites des Jardins d 'Oscar: La Maison Located in the North Charente, this new house offers all the comforts with the calm of a village while being close to many amenities. The house has 3 bedrooms: 2 with large beds, one with two 90 cm beds. The sofa bed sleeps two people. The jacuzzi will be closed from 05 January 2026 to 01 March 2026. The cottage also has an Apartment: possibility to rent the whole if the dates booked allow it.
