Featuring a saltwater swimming pool and a unique view of the sea and the Irminio river valley, Casina Lanterne 1 is one of two neighbouring, identical studios, each measuring 32 sq m. On the ground floor, with a separate entrance, there is a combined kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, an induction hob, a wood-burning stove, and a bathroom. The mezzanine accommodates the double bed, with the option of adding a single sofa bed. The barbecue area, the pergola with kitchen, the swimming pool, and the outdoor toilet and shower are for shared use.

The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church. The big garden is the natural extension of the house.. hammock, fireplace, tables and spaces among olive and lemon trees, hidden from tourists routes, perfectly inside the village.

The house is 'eco-orientated' and offers a confortable lifestyle while keeping it's touch of 'campagna' origin. From the rooftop you can enjoy amazing views over the sea and wonderful sunsets.
