Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy your stay at our first floor self contained Annexe on Abingdon Marina . Take a short walk along The River Thames Path into the historic Town Of Abingdon On Thames. Here you will find a selection of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. You can hire day boats and paddle boards near Abingdon bridge for the day. There is a regular bus service to Oxford City Centre. You are able to use the Marina slipway for paddle boards and canoes near us.

We're conveniently situated 4 miles from Oxford City Centre and the bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. The property looks out onto the open countryside to the front and rear and a 10 minute walk away is the River Thames which has a lovely pub to enjoy an evening and you can also walk the tow path straight into Oxford.

There is a private south facing garden, with lovely enclosed seating in the vinery and the garden is safe and secure for pets and children. At the front there is a private drive for several vehicles. Sunningwell has the renowned 'Flowing Well' pub, with excellent food & drink, a pretty church, village green and play area.

Our newly renovated self contained studio is attached to our home and is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of clifton Hampden. We are a five minute walk from the Thames footpath which is perfect for enjoying this beautiful stretch of the river either towards Wallingford or Oxford. The studio has an equipped kitchen area and separate shower room. There is parking and the studio has its own separate entrance. The decor is modern and clean with a cosy ambiance.

Didcot train station can get you to London in just 35 minutes :) We are located within easy reach of the Cotswolds!

Located at the end of a quiet lane, on the outskirts of the historic riverside market town of Abingdon. Split over two floors; the ground floor housing a kitchen, breakfast bar and living space, and on the first floor a large bedroom with seating area, and a separate bathroom. We also have driveway parking available for one car.
