In front of the house is Gallery Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house goats graze, and you have a view of some free-range chickens, and some alpacas on the other side of the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the peace. There are also great hiking trails nearby.

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. It is a few minutes drive to Lagunen shopping center which offers shopping, restaurants, cinema, sports bar and tram. It is 10 minutes to drive to the airport and 15 minutes to the city center. Fana Stadium, Fana Golf Club, Siljustøl, Stendafjellet and Hordnesskogen are within walking distance of the apartment. There are stairs up to the apartment, so the tenant must be able to walk up stairs.
