Einliegerwohnung in unserem Einfamilienhaus. Alle Fenster mit Plissees für Privatsphäre. Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich auf der eigenen Terrasse. Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG und kann ohne Treppensteigen erreicht werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe (2 Autominuten) an der Autobahn A4. Das große Einkaufszentrum Chemnitz Center ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 21 ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der Sie das Stadtzentrum und den Hauptbahnhof erreichen können.

Internet: 50 megas download, 10 megas upload. English: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket on the other side of the street and the city center is within walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 metres away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.
