The apartment on the first floor of a detached house offers plenty of space to feel good for two people and a small child. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in 15 minutes walking distance from downtown. The bright living room and south-facing balcony invite you to relax. You can park your car directly at the house in the carport. Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed. If you are looking for a quiet, fully equipped accommodation for your stay in beautiful Kappeln, you have found the place.

If you are looking for relaxation, this apartment is just right. It has ample space for two adults (+1 additional person). The associated kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all appliances that make the stay easier. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the terrace. Pets are also allowed (additional charge applies). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone and the promenade are only a 15-minute walk away.

Staying in our 75 square meter holiday apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds flow in from the birds of the forest, the sea, and the sea. A scent of fresh sea air meets one's nostrils. Also, the light experiences our guests as something special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays on the surrounding islands, squeeze in to make sure you're not dreaming.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.

My anchorage

My place is 300 meters from the Schlei with beach, right in Arnis in a fantastic environment. You'll love my place because of the cozy location and the scenery. My place is good for couples (with babies or toddlers), solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Since May, we have been participating in the model project of the Baltic Sea Fjord Schlei.
