Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Bright and spacious private apartment double bed

Fabulous, spacious apartment (60 m2 for only 2 persons!) with a direct view to the amphitheatre and sea from living and sleeping area + a big terrace full of plants. One large bedroom with double bed, living room, kitchen and dining room, spacious green terrace. Free WiFi, A/C. First floor. PARKING good price, which is 3 min walk to the app. Location just next to the amphitheatre you will be in the center of the old town vibe. Just stones throw away you can find many restaurants and cafes.

This apartment is located about 200m from the nearest beach. It is suited for 2 persons, but can be also used by 3 (sofa). It has kitchen and barbecue that is located outside. Guests can have their meal either inside or outside on the terrace with beautiful view of the sea. There is public parking place in front of the apartment. There is also a large free parking place, located 300m from the apartment, if the parking in front of the apartment is occupied. Pets are welcome for 30€ per stay.

Light-flooded apartment (loft) in a villa with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains beyond. 65 m2 apartment with a roof terrace that offers a 250 degree view. 300 meters as the birds flies and 5 minutes on foot via a staircase to the sea. Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. This is a beautiful villa with a swimming pool, unique in its location and the terrain that surrounds it. On one side there is an unforgettable view of the historic town of Labin on a hill to which you can walk, while on the other side the view extends to the islands and Kvarner. The owner of this house has an extremely large land with fields and vineyards, so you can walk, ride a bike or swim in the pool while enjoying an unforgettable view.

Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
