In the garden there is a tavern with an indoor barbecue fireplace. The cottage is newly decorated and fully equipped and offers a parking space. It takes 25 minutes on foot to reach the first beach in Pećine (city beach). There are also beaches in Kantrida, which are about 14 minutes away by car, and in Kostrena, which are 15 minutes away by car.
