We loved all things SEA…my family built this special Artist Loft Tiny Cottage Retreat. Over the years, family & guests have created beautiful memories here. The Cottage has a large fenced yard, & deck. The inside is an open layout, light and airy. It is very clean and designed with care. The living rm area has a sleeping sofa with a staircase to the loft that has a platform bed and a tiny twin cot. The kitchen is fully equipped & there is a full bath & W/D. 1 mile to Main St/1.5 mi. to Beaches.

Studio cabin (approx. 13.5 x 15 ft.) Functional, basic, rustic, atmospheric—It's just a little cabin in the woods. The shack can accommodate only 2 people max. We love our wild deer and squirrels but no pets in the cabin

Property is on a tree lined street that ends at the bay. A 5 minute walk to the quaint village of East Quogue. Want to hit the fabulous Hampton beaches, they are a 10 minute drive away. Closest downtown Hamptons are Hampton Bays (5 min), Westhampton (our favorite ...10 min) and Southampton (15 min).

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Very close beaches near dune road. Movie theaters, supermarkets, liquor store, farms and a bunch of local restaurants that you can visit.DJs are not allowed. Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. The house is located on a quiet residential street close to the hamlet of Hampton Bays. Enjoy the patio and fire pit (use non-windy days) on 1/4 acre property. Still plenty to do here, we are 20 minutes from Wine Country and Tanger Outlets.
