Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! Beautiful bright apartment in the attic with fantastic views over Lake Walen. On the outskirts of Obstalden am Kerenzerberg. Ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides and ski tours. Quiet location and good infrastructure in the village with village shops and restaurants. In Filzbach (5 minutes by car or bus), the Kerenzerbergbahnen offer various activities throughout the year. The gondola lift in Unterterzen, which leads to the Flumserberg ski and hiking area, can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

This two-storey gallery penthouse on 133m2, located in the Walensee resort, is characterized by its unique view of the mountains and directly over the lake. From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still a little insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism.

The entire living, dining and sleeping area as well as the shower and separate toilet are built in modern light-flooded wooden construction. Our paradise invites you to relax. Cozy guest room upstairs with en-suite bathroom and fantastic views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. The living room is for shared use, and there is a small refrigerator, a Nespresso machine and a kettle. Please note: There is no kitchen and no possibility to cook. Our cat also lives in the attic. We live in a remote location, so a car is an advantage. Parking space and seating area with fire pit available.
