Very quiet with terrace arranged on greenery not overlooked. Kitchen equipped and intended for long stays. Possibility of 4 people because sofa bed convertible into a real bed. The apartment is on the 3rd floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR (easy stairs). Private parking space at the bottom of the building + Bus at the foot of the residence.
