Her whole love was for the garden, which was repeatedly redesigned. Many of her works are in the house. From the front door 50 m to the bus stop, one hour to Hamburg's city center. In the surrounding area, partly within walking distance, there are various nature reserves, especially with moor and heath landscapes.
