Located 20 minutes from the sea, 1.5 hours from Mont Saint-Michel and 1 hour from Saint-Malo, 1 hour from Pink Granite, we are an ideal location for vacations. Our house is located in a quiet area in a small hamlet. It belongs to an old farmhouse, and we have completely refurbished it with quality materials. Close to all amenities: small shops and Carrefour Market 5 minutes away, first beaches 7 minutes away. The Plédran forest is nearby, it is equipped with a sports trail and games for children, as well as a bowling alley. Private parking for your car, outdoor terrace with offset umbrella (currently being fitted out).
