On the waterfront - amazing & powerful ambiance

My apartment is in close proximity to the bus, boat and Rigi train stations. Location with an small public park in front almost touches the lake (25meters) with a corresponding 180 degree "all-round view" of the lake and mountains. My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Very nice large two bedroom apartment. Lovely location for skiing in winter or swimming in the lake in summer. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartment has beautiful views of the lake, harbor and mountains. All in all, a unique place in the park and in Switzerland! Linen and towels are included! Cot and chair are provided. I rent out my own apartment myself and am not affiliated with anything.
