Charming Cottage with Pool and Stunning Views

Petit Puntos is a detached cottage with optional heated plunge pool set within its own private grounds on the edge of a quiet Gascogne village in Gers. The property faces due south and overlooks rolling sunflower fields and has stunning views of the Pyrenees and Pic du Midi. Inside has been modernised to a high standard and there is plenty of outside living space with comfortable seating and dining areas. There is a decked sunbathing area and plunge pool to cool down looking at the mountains.

Accommodation for 2/3 people, 32 m2, located in the village of Arques in the Aude in the heart of Cathar Country and at the gates of the Corbières. Equipped, comfortable, nicely furnished with tasteful decor, very bright with private parking and two outdoor terraces. It consists of a room with an equipped kitchen, dining area, double bed and single bed as well as a separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The entrance is independent and is through the garden.

In a residential area one kilometer from the train station and less than 5 minutes by bus from the city center of Tarbes (for 1 euro), we rent in a small cottage approved Tarbes (Studio with terrace) independent fully restored. This accommodation is fully equipped (sink, fridge, domino induction, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes etc ...). For your meals or relaxation You will have free access to the terrace to eat there.

Laroque Gite

Villa without neigbours in a quiet area in "Parc naturel régional du Haut-Languedoc" on a plot of 5ha with a beautiful view on the black mountain and the valley. Beautiful walks are marked out in the wooded area and unique natural curiosities can be admired (such as Chaos de la Balme and Chapeau de Napoleon at 500m from our gite). Our gite with accompanying meadow and forest is in itself an ideal location to stay with the whole family.

For a disconnected moment surrounded by nature, discover our heated tent to enjoy a stay all year round. Mosquito net, 140 bed, electricity, furniture, coffee maker and dishware are provided. Shower sanitary facilities and dry toilets are less than 50 m away. Bring your own bed linens for one night . Nestled in the heart of an entire organic 50 ha estate, this experience will allow you to recharge and reconnect with most of nature.

There's plenty to do: - In summer: Hiking (Ayous Lakes, Montagnon, Anglas, Andrey Ridges, Green Mountain...) tree climbing, canyoning, climbing, Via Ferrata. It's one of the three apartments in Gites-terroirs-Occitanie Sparkling white, named after the varietal that makes a delicious, sparkling white wine in our region. A very spacious and comfortable apartment (85 sqm) for 1 to 4 people. The views from the salon and terrace are breathtaking. Mauzac features two separate bedrooms. We accept the pets for a small fee.
