The house is build from an ancient cave, behind Santa Maria La Nova main church. We are in the historic center. Independent house, with spectacular panoramic view (about 90 steps to get there, typical in Modica), bright and furnished with care. Terrace, living room with sofa, open kitchen and dining table. Two bedrooms, one with a large bed (tatami with futon) and a wonderful view, the other smaller (tatami with futon) and a tall window. Two bathrooms with spacious showers. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, laundry. Close to cafes, restaurants, market, grocery stores.
