With comfortable rooms, a gorgeous pool area and large terraces with panoramic views, you won't need to leave the property at all, but the wonderful restaurants, beaches, and other pleasures of the Costa Smeralda are all within just 15 mins by car.

Bellissima Villa con Piscina a Palau .

la villa circondata da un grandissimo giardino dispone di spaziose verande attrezzate, e di una bellissima piscina privata completamente riservata. E' composta da ampio salone con zona pranzo, cucina con piano cottura a induzione, forno, frigo e lavastoviglie; due camere matrimoniali di cui una con accesso diretto alla piscina e una terza camera doppia, due bagni con doccia e una doccia esterna con acqua calda e fredda, nel giardino si trova inoltre una bella zona Bbq con forno per la pizza.

Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Independent villa with direct access to the beach, 20m from the sea, in a very quiet residential area. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: water boiler, fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms with 2 single beds and 3 double beds. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with stereo, wifi, television, washing machine, air conditioning, safe box, and private car park.

Villa Daniela is only a few minutes' walk from a beautiful sandy beach near Porto Rafael and offers a fantastic view of the sunset in the evening. The holiday home has a living room in maritime colours, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and 2 with 3 single beds each, which can all be converted into 2 double beds and one single bed upon request) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
