Enjoy a stylish, bright and central 60 m2 accommodation with a 20 m2 outdoor terrace. Completely renovated, it is comfortable and in a good location. It consists of a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a 140 x 200 sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker... The city center, its shops and restaurants are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes Train station is a 10-minute walk away. The highway exit is a 3-minute drive.

Venez profiter du Sud-Gironde depuis notre annexe idéalement située à Sauternes avec une vue imprenable sur le Château d'Yquem. Situé entre les Châteaux D'Yquem, Guiraud, Rayne-Vigneau et le Clos des Lunes. Le Château d'Arche est seulement à 3 minutes en voiture. Lafaurie Peyraguey et son restaurant 2* Michelin est également est à quelques minutes de notre logement. Acces depuis l'autoroute A62, nous sommes à 7 km de la sortie Langon, et 45 km de Bordeaux.

No smoking, no pets The property has an unsecured staircase, so it is not suitable for toddlers, no baby equipment. Our new cottage in the middle of the vineyards with sauna and private jacuzzi consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (Nescafe coffee maker and pods provided), a sofa bed, a bathroom as well as a large bedroom with a 160×200 bed. A large terrace overlooking the vineyard is also accessible to guests. A bioclimatic pergola allows you to relax in the hot tub all year round. A barrel sauna is also available on the terrace.

The accommodation is a quiet wooden outbuilding, on a very quiet little street, the accommodation is totally private, equipped with a sauna area on the ground floor, as well as an equipped kitchen, and its pretty terrace. On the 1st floor, a cozy attic and air-conditioned studio with a beautiful view of the Sauternes vineyards and wine castles. There is a small sitting area with a single sofa bed and a comfortable double bed.
