Our cottage is called "A côté de La Rochelle".Located on the bike path that leads to the city center of La Rochelle in 10 minutes, on a bus line, near the ring road (10 minutes from the bridge of l 'on de Ré ) and especially in a very quiet dead end, with independent access, private parking and a private garden. Ranked 3 stars by Charentes Tourisme, has all the facilities for a good holiday or a relaxing weekend.Baby bed, high chair, safety barrier.

Quiet area 7 minutes by car from the train station, 5 minutes from the city center, 5 minutes from the Beaulieu shopping center. The studio is equipped with a large shower, TV, Tassimo, kettle, plate, microwave oven... It also has a small exterior of about 10 m2. Non-smoking studio, and not made to party with others! We ask you to empty the garbage cans, fold up the BZ sofa, and put the sheets on the coffee table, without forgetting to make it clean!
