Great view, fully equipped, bright and newly renovated. Very close to the beach and next to a warehouse and commercial premises. A large 15m2 terrace and a clear view towards Socos and Tongoy beaches, perfect for resting and relaxing while looking at the sea all year round. Located on the 2nd floor, this 2D and 2B apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It has direct access to the pool, beach and all the condominium facilities. Comfortable fully equipped apartment, FIBER OPTIC WIFI, capacity for 6 people, has 3 parking spaces, beautiful view facing the sea, quiet and pleasant place to enjoy with family and friends, (the price of the rent per night, varies according to the dates), for rentals in HIGH season no sheets or towels will be delivered and the minimum rent will be two weeks, they will be delivered only in weekend rentals and in low season, NO PETS ARE ACCEPTED.

There is no internet connection in the apartment but the complex has a Wi-Fi point, swimming pools, restaurant and mini market. Paddle court for extra cost.
