In the heart of Calblanque Natural Park, between Cabo de Palos and La Manga Club. Ibiza-style house with a shared pool (not heated). Luxurious chalet with pool (with sliding deck) and barbecue, just ten minutes from the center of Murcia (the tram stop is two hundred meters from the house). Enjoy its beautiful garden, sunbeds, mini-golf and French pool table. There is the possibility of renting by hours the tennis and paddle tennis court with an additional cost of €10. Family meals and parties are allowed in the barbecue area but, without loud music or massive crowds (max 15 people).

Supermercado cerquita with extended hours Sun all day and shade areas to rest. In the Perdio16 youth parties are not allowed. Great for large groups and families

A nice house with an interior patio.

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.

In Spain, a cozy restored house with a patio

The house is a property of 1930, completely restored, respecting some of the ancient elements, carpentry, viguería ... It has a beautiful patio from which you can see one of the fortresses that surround the city It is located in a fishing, flamenco and seafaring neighborhood. Close to Cala Cortina beach and the port and only a short walk to the old town. The bus and train station are also very close. Very well connected. Easy parking.
