This completely exterior flat stands out for its modern design, which harmoniously combines an open-plan space with a bright living room and an open kitchen area, visually separated by a wooden dining table that adds warmth and contrast to the atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, as well as plates, glasses and basic kitchen utensils. Everything you need to feel at home from the first day. Upon entering the flat, you enter a common area with a shared patio, ideal for relaxing outdoors. This space is equipped and available for your enjoyment. The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, natural light, and a spacious wardrobe with shelves and hangers. In addition, switches next to the bed allow you to control the lighting in a practical and convenient way. The bathroom has a spacious shower, window for natural ventilation, soft towels and a dispenser with shampoo gel. For your convenience, a welcome kit is included with the basics to get you started: scouring pad, washcloth, a rubbish bag and a dishwasher tablet. The flat includes sheets, towels and amenities, so you can travel light and make the most of your stay. If you are travelling with babies, you can request a cot or highchair at no extra cost. Just let us know in advance and we will be happy to prepare it for your arrival.
