Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

The end station of the Mariazell train is approx. 15 minutes walk from the property, the bus station in the village is about 10 minutes walk.

Caspar's Home

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

Our cozy log cabin is located on the edge of the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and is a perfect starting point for numerous activities in the beautiful Ötscherland! On our property there is a playground and a sandbox that can be shared, as well as a private seating area for guests. Our barbecue area including smoker may be used by appointment! Leisure facility with outdoor pool, beach volleyball court and public playground within 250 m walking distance.

Our holiday Villa Joachimsberg is located in the Lower Austrian municipality of Wienerbruck/Annaberg. Completed in August 2022 (300 sqm), a harmonious combination of wood and stone. Das familienfreundliche Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss einer neuen Wohnanlage im Stadtteil St. Sebastian. Fußläufig findet man sowohl die Skipiste der Bürgeralpe samt Skischule (ca. 3 Min.), als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Billa). In ca. 5 Minuten erreicht man den wunderschönen Erlaufsee (mit dem Auto), das Zentrum von Mariazell mit seiner schönen Basilika und einigen Geschäften schafft man in ca. 25 min zu Fuß.

From May to September, relax in the heated pool and soak up the sweeping views. Heading to the slopes? A shuttle to the Puchenstuben ski area (15 min away) is available for a small fee. And yes—there’s excellent Wi-Fi for streaming or working remotely.
