Sastoji se od spavaće sobe (bračni krevet), kuhinje, kupaonice, ostave i velike terase. Opremljen za ugodan boravak na kraće, ali i duže vrijeme. Mogućnost smještaja i treće osobe na kauč. Awesome Free Time Studio

Apartment is located near the old city of Maribor (20 minutes walk) and 8 km from Maribor skiing and hiking area (Pohorje). It is surrounded with quiet and green neighbourhood. We would be glad to personally welcome every guest. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

"Old City Center" Residence

The apartment lies in the old city center of Maribor. The location is very peaceful, quiet and there is also a beautiful terrace on which you can relax in every season of the year. The apartment is newly renovated and modernly decorated. Due to its location in the pedestrian zone there is no parking space directly in front of the apartment, however there is a payable parking lot called Slomškov trg, for which you can look up the prices and free parking hours on Acess for Guests.

Nearby is Pohorje where you can access by car or gondola and enjoy the beautiful view of the city of Maribor.
