It is also close to the entrance of the resort, which means you have close access to local areas of interest too, such as restaurants and the Cape Code Rail Trail. (A/C not available)

Just steps to the beach our beach house is casual, fun and family friendly. The house is private and completely yours for the duration of your stay! It has 5 bedrooms with 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, a bunk bed, and 4 twins. The house is located at a bed & breakfast so the private beach, outdoor patio with gas grill and fire pit. and veranda are shared with other guests. The hotel is beachfront, directly on the beach, with the private beach house having spectacular partial ocean views.

The Captain's House is a 12 bedroom centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House. Room 7 is a SMALL room FOR ONE PERSON on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. If offers a full-sized bed & shared bathroom (9 rooms on 2nd floor shared 2 full bathrooms - 8 of the 9 rooms have in-room sinks) with in-room sink, air conditioning, TV, cable, WIFI We don't offer parking this year. I can send a list of in town parking options if you ask. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am

800+ square feet of light and bright apartment. My low priced cleaning fee keeps your total cost down. Enjoy the patio surrounded by trees. You may see our wild turkey visitor or local bunny. Our 2 dogs are friendly and will visit if allowed. That’s up to you! There’s a neighborhood behind the house with basketball courts and walkable residential area. The apartment is newly painted. Queen bed and couch that converts to a full bed. Smart tv and fast wifi. LGBTQ friendly.

3rd floor (120 sqft), queen bed and shared bathroom. At most, there will be 5 people sharing this bathroom. Steep stairs warning to whoever may have a concern. Our rooms are for guests with a lower budget. Our guests do not have kitchen access and we don't have TVs in the guest rooms. The Chicago House is a centrally located traditional Ptown Guest House.. Room 5 is a SMALL room on the 2nd floor with steep stairs. It offers a king bed and private bathroom. A/C, TV, cable, WIFI, refrigerator. On-Site PARKING is at the BACK of our BnB and is not accessible through our street address. When the lot is full, parking may involve tandem spots and you may need to leave your keys with us. We serve our continental breakfast from 8am -9:30am.

Centrally located between the mid cape and the very tip of Cape Cod (Provincetown), Eastham is within a reasonable driving distance to enjoy the best beaches, restaurants, and shopping.
