La struttura dista poche centinaia di metri dal parco termale Tuscia Terme, 5 minuti dal quartiere medievale di Viterbo e dalle Terme dei Papi. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person.

There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights.
