The kitchen is open plan with breakfast bar, gas hob and cooker, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and board, central heating and an electric stove. Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.
