The interior consists of a large living room, dining area, a kitchen, three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and three bathrooms with shower. La Casa degli Oleandri is located inside the ancient Baglio di Borgopetra, built in the 1700s, lovingly restored and since then open to hospitality. Inside the property, there are 3 other apartments of different sizes, all tastefully furnished with family furniture and souvenirs from around the world, and arranged around the inner courtyard. The windows of the houses overlook the vegetable garden and the garden, with cascades of geraniums, jasmine, century-old oleanders and the orchard.

The beach house is a 150-square-meter villa located on the sandy coast of eastern Sicily between Catania and Syracuse. The house is on three levels: on the ground floor there is a large living room with dining area, fireplace, kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and laundry; on the second floor 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house overlooks a 60 sqm terrace equipped with a gas barbecue, umbrella, table, chairs, deck chairs, sofa and armchairs.
