Πανοραμική θέα από άκρη σε άκρη της Πόλης και του παραλιακού μετώπου, μπροστά ακριβώς από τη θάλασσα, στον 3° όροφο, δίπλα σε όλες τις επιλογές διασκέδασης, 100 μέτρα από την παραλία "Κυανή Ακτή" η οποία έχει βραβευτεί με μπλε σημαία, 20 λεπτά από Λευκάδα, 35 λεπτά από Πάργα.
