The house is situated 8m from the sea with a magnificent sea view! The house is spacious, it has its own bathroom and two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are tavernas close by. The house is a 5 min drive to Nidri where tavernas and cafes line the water front and where ferries sail to neighboring islands.

Parga Town House is located in a lovely residential area only 200 meters from the Venetian Castle of Parga. Valtos beach is only a few minutes walk down the narrow path and Parga's bustling harbour is the same distance. The house has stunning views from the terrace overlooking Parga and you can also clearly see the walls of nearby castle too. Τhe house is new and fully renovated, comfortable and very spacious. It has excellent décor and, combined with the beautiful location where it is located, makes it an ideal choice for couples and families, since the sofa bed can comfortably accommodate 2 more persons. The house is just 30 meters from the sea, 5 km from the center and nearby there are cafes, taverns, barbecues, bakeries, supermarkets and a pharmacy.
