There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

Escape to the country and relax - only 1h30 from London! Wonderful walks straight from the doorstep. Perfect for weekend breaks and exploring the Cotswolds, Oxford, Stratford, Warwick and Bicester Village. Large two storey, light and bright open plan ex-granary with living space on the first floor overlooking our garden. Entirely self-contained unit in a very quiet location on the edge of the village. The Granary forms one side of a courtyard and we live in the farmhouse on another side.

Disconnect from the busy … retreat beneath the canopy of an ancient woodland and soak up the views and surrounding nature. It’s not perfect. Nothing is. But luxury detailing alongside your own hot tub, hammock, sauna, indoor and outdoor showers and sun terrace is a clear nod in the right direction - all within a short walk of the friendly local pub! Short drive from the local shops and Burton Dassett Country Park Easily accessible from the M40. Close to the Cotswolds, Warwick and Stratford.

The Annexe Newnham, Nr Daventry, Northamptonshire

A comfortable deluxe self-contained studio in the village of Newnham. The apartment consists of a large open plan studio with a Super King size bed which can convert to two singles, a television (Freeview), a sofa, a fridge, tea (an extensive choice) & coffee facilities, Nespresso machine. There is also a Breakfast table. Upstairs there is a dedicated work area that can be used as a dressing room. By arrangement, an extra bed can be made up in this room. Plenty of books and games provided.

The Studio

The Studio is a light, bright and airy space, stylishly decorated in calm, neutral colours. Located on a quiet residential road, just around the corner from the local pub (The Maltsters) in the pretty village of Badby, famous for its stunning bluebell woods and beautiful walks. The Studio is ideally located near several wedding venues. Nearby Fawsley Hall is a great place to visit for afternoon tea or to relax in their award winning spa. Silverstone Circuit is less than half an hour away.

Rural Retreat with hot tub and bar area

Badby Lodge is a beautifully renovated annexe nestled in 6 acres of beautiful grounds. The property has 2 double bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with a double, both with en-suites. This property provides the perfect retreat for a max of four people. Outside there’s a very large pond (practically a lake!), menage and stables. There’s also a Bar area and large private Hot Tub that you will have sole use of. If you are a rider you may bring your horse for a small additional fee.

The Art Barn

Relax in this beautiful and secluded rural haven. The Art Barn is a part of Tunningham Farm, a long established family home nestled in a dip in the landscape between two villages. Although not a working farm there are sheep, horses, hens ducks and various friendly dogs on the premises. The Art barn was created as an art studio, and is still used as such. Set in a large garden with fields behind and surrounding it, the Barn is the perfect place to rest, reset and refresh yourself.

Field View is a one bedroom self catering tiny home set in a rural location on the edge of Badby village with views of farmland. Created in 2023 Field View benefits from the latest features including an induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle toaster, SMART TV, sofa, breakfast table and chairs, en-suite shower room and under floor heating. Bi-fold doors open out to a patio area providing stunning views of farmland. The property features secure off road parking.

Hillcrest is a stone cottage dating back to the 1700s set within rolling countryside in the quiet hamlet of Preston Capes. This peaceful and beautifully renovated cottage offers all the charm of a period cottage, with the convenience and comfort of modern living. The cottage has a private walled garden and outdoor eating area. There are several good pubs/restaurants within easy driving distance or a walk for the more energetic guests (Fawsley Hall or The Plough at Everdon).
