On the square opposite the church, with countryside views across the pretty river Clain and its medieval bridge, the house combines a sense of history with modern convenience and plenty of space. Ideal for families or groups of friends with a games room and a pool, there is plenty to do, and it is also a great base to explore the Vienne and Charente. Please note there is a minimum 3 night stay.

This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Old Water Mill

Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

Our stunning three bedroom apartment is located in a small hamlet just outside the pretty village of Pressac, an idyllic, tranquil setting with a 10 minute walk into the village. We are 50 minutes from both Limoges and Poitiers, our local airports. A 15 minute drive to the nearest supermarket in the town of Confolens and plenty to do for all the family in the surrounding area including fishing, walking, canoeing, horse riding, zip wiring, parcours and the wonderful valley of the monkeys.

Très beau village à découvrir et ses activités nature et nautique à 5 min ( tyrolienne, saut à l'élastique, bouée tractée..). 2 min à pied de toutes les commodités (restaurants, boulangerie, supermarché...). Le circuit du val de vienne est à 7kms.
