The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

It is located in the center of the picturesque village of Premantura, located in the southern end of the Istrian peninsula. The house offers full amenities, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning on both floors, private parking, terrace with sea view, barbecue... The apartment is 100 sqm on two floors.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
