Welcome to the charming seaside resort of Préfailles. Enjoy the charm of our 8-bed house ideally located in the heart of the village. You can do anything on foot: -The center is a 5-min walk: bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, newsstand, convenience store, cinema, cafes, restaurants, post office, tennis club, bike rental, "Grand Bazar" and market (Wednesday and Saturday). From the house, you can also reach Pornic by the coastal path on foot or by bike.

Duplex apartment located in the small chic seaside resort of Préfailles. The beach is only 100 meters from the accommodation. Shops and the market are at the door of the accommodation. A large swimming pool is available within this quiet and secure residence. You will have a private parking space. We have just renovated this house with a lot of heart (and time!) to make it a warm place and make you feel at home. there are 5 bedrooms, 3 doubles and two dormitories sleeping up to 13 people. 3 shower rooms, 3 toilets and an outdoor bathroom. The environment is quiet, you can hear the sound of waves! Pleasant and shaded garden under a large pine tree.
