Those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers or sports enthusiasts will love this location. 15 minutes from Arosa by car or 2 train stops on the Rhätische Bahn. Please note that the train station is approximately 1 km and 98m in altitude. Haus Gaut is spread over 3 floors with 250m2 of living space, as well as 2 balconies, a sun terrace and endless meadows and forests around the house.

Der Zufluchtsort unseres Urgrossvaters ist zu unserem zweiten Zuhause geworden, wo wir immer gerne unsere Ferien verbringen. Wir vermieten das mit viel Liebe und Leidenschaft eingerichtete Ferienhaus gelegentlich. Wir freuen uns, es ihnen zu öffnen, insbesondere wenn sie so einen Ort auch zu schätzen wissen und ihm entsprechend Sorge tragen werden.

(Für Deutsch: please scroll) Rustic, quietly located house where you hear the sound of rippling water, from the Chummerbach and from a small source next to the house. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Ein paar wenige Gehminuten führen ins Zentrum mit seinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, den Restaurants und Bars, wenige Meter sind's zur nächsten Skipiste. Brigitta II ist eine individuell eingerichtete 3-Zimmerwohnung mit 4 Betten in zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Badezimmer. Die helle, moderne Küche ist hervorragend im grosszügigen Wohnraum integriert. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Familien (mit Kindern).

In the well appointed kitchen, you can cook a multi-level menu extensively and spend a culinary evening at the large dining table. A wood-burning stove provides the pleasant warmth in winter, after an extensive ski day. In the summer, the numerous hiking trails invite you to explore the Prättigaus.

Everything you want, relaxing vacations for two or exciting vacations with the whole family. You are always welcome here.
