En la misma estancia hay una gran bañera de hidromasaje con calefactor. Baño completo con ducha efecto lluvia a ras de suelo. El espacio de la cocina, comedor y sala de estar forman un solo ambiente muy cálido y distinguido que culmina en una gran balconada con barandilla de madera típica de los balcones de esta plaza de la ciudad, y suelo de baldosas rústicas de barro recuperadas de la antigua casa. La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario para la estancia (vitrocerámica, microondas, horno, lavavajillas, nevera, congelador, lavadora, cafetera “Nespresso”, utensilios de cocina, menaje, vajilla, cubertería, etc.) Todo el suelo es de porcelánico de primera calidad y gran formato, con sistema radiante frío/calor que permite la regulación de temperatura por parte del cliente.
